Ken Mullen, Director
President and CEO

Mr. Mullen is responsible for the overall direction and performance of the Company and its operating subsidiaries. He reports to the Board of Directors of Savanna. Mr. Mullen is one of the founding members of Savanna and was instrumental in raising the funds necessary to form Savanna through a private equity offering in 2001. Those funds were utilized to develop one of Canada’s leading drilling and well servicing companies, including a successful merger with Western Lakota Energy Services in 2006.

Previously, Mr. Mullen was a founding officer and President and Chief Executive Officer of Plains Energy Services Ltd. ("Plains"). In July 2000, Plains was acquired by Precision Drilling Corporation pursuant to a hostile takeover, realizing a 235% value increase for shareholders based on the 1996 IPO price of Plains' shares.

Mr. Mullen is a lawyer and chartered accountant.

James Saunders 3
Chairman

Mr. Saunders is President, CEO, and a director of Twin Butte Energy Ltd. a publicly traded junior oil and gas producer. Prior thereto, Mr. Saunders was the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Prairie Schooner Petroleum Ltd. a publicly traded oil and gas company from October 2004 until September 2006. Prior thereto, Mr. Saunders was President and Chief Executive Officer of Great Northern Exploration Ltd., a publicly traded oil and gas company, and held that position since August 2001. Mr. Saunders was the President and Chief Executive Officer of Ionic Energy Inc., a public oil and gas company, from June 1997 until 2001.

Mr. Saunders is also currently a Director of Orleans Energy Ltd. and Northern Plains Capital Fund.

John Hooks 1,2*
Director

Mr. Hooks has been the President & CEO of Phoenix Technology Income Fund since 1995 and Chairman of the Board of Phoenix since 2000. Prior to joining Phoenix, Mr. Hooks founded Thread Tech Energy Systems Ltd., a private connection manufacturing and pipe distribution company in 1985. Thread Tech provided services to the oil and gas industry until its assets were sold in June 2003. Mr. Hooks is also a Director of Canadian Energy Services LP, a public company trading on the TSX.

Mr. Hooks has over thirty years of experience in the Canadian and international oil and gas service industry, including operations, senior management and ownership positions.

Kevin Nugent 1*, 2
Director

 Mr. Nugent was the President and Chief Executive Officer of NQL Energy Services Inc., a publicly traded oilfield service company from 2004 to 2006 and Senior Vice-President, Finance and Chief Financial Officer from 2003 to 2004. Prior thereto, Mr. Nugent held the position of Vice-President of SCF Partners (a private equity investment company) and was Vice-President, Finance and Chief Financial Officer of Enserco Energy Service Company Limited from 1998 to 2002.

Mr. Nugent also sits on the Board of Directors of Trican Well Service Ltd., Norex Exploration Services Inc., and Secure Energy Services Inc. as well as on the Board of Governors of the University of Lethbridge.

Tor Wilson 2, 3*
Director

 Mr. Wilson has been the President & CEO of Badger Income Fund since March 31, 2004—the date of completion of the reorganization of the former Badger Daylighting Inc. into an income trust structure. Mr.Wilson has also been a Trustee of Badger Income Fund since February 17, 2004. Prior to the completion of the aforementioned reorganization, Mr. Wilson was the President of the former Badger Daylighting Inc. from June 1, 2000 until March 31, 2004, was that company's Chief Executive Officer from February 21, 2001 until March 1, 2004 and was a director of that company from July 1, 2000 until March 31, 2004. Prior to joining Badger, Mr. Wilson held the position of Chief Operating Officer of Timberjack Inc., an international equipment manufacturer and distributor operating primarily in the forestry industry.

G. Allen Brooks 1, 3
Director

 Mr. Brooks has over four decades of experience in the oilfield services, energy, and investment industries, including extensive international expertise. His various roles have included Energy Securities Ananyst, Manager of an oilfield services company, and Management Consultant to various energy companies. Mr. Brooks is currently an adviser to Parks Paton Hoepfl & Brown, a boutique oilfield service investment banking firm based in Texas, and is a member of the Board of Directors for several oilfield service companies including Trican Well Service Ltd., and Pason Systems Inc.
