Savanna's drilling operation offers a powerful combination of Trailblazer Drilling Corp., Lakota Drilling, and Akuna Drilling Inc. With a fleet of 97 world class rigs, these three divisions have been providing energy companies operating within the Western Canadian Sedimentary Basin (WCSB) with exceptional people, exceptional equipment, and exceptional value since 2001. Together, they represent the third largest drilling fleet in Canada.

Our fleet of patented Hybrids and Telescopic Doubles is renown in western Canada and in the United States for delivering professional service and providing the kind of results only state-of-the-art rigs averaging less than five years of age can deliver. Savanna’s Hybrids are first coiled tubing driller that does not require preset surface casing, and is capable of running casing itself. Our Hybrids have proven efficient in vertical, directional, and horizontal drilling.
